    Hello,
Great plugin ! For my case use, I am using CFF in an admin Word Press website where the checkboxes are used for recording tasks as they become completed.

Is there a way (some code) to keep the check boxes checked with a check mark in even after I logout of WordPress?

Right now all the check marks become erased from the checkboxes and my list appears to not to have any completed tasks?

Please let me know if it is possible to retain check marks for the following instances 1) when I exit the Word Press page with the CFF shortcode and 2) when I log off WordPress altogether?

    Look forward to your reply.
    Many thanks.

    Hello @janethorie,

If you want to preserve the last state of the form for the registered user (the latest data submitted by the registered user), you should enabling the “Users Permissions” add-on (distributed with the Developer and Platinum) versions of the form, and configure the form as follows:

    1. Tick the checkbox that indicate the form can be populate only once per user,
    2. But assign to the users permissions for writing.

Note: if you are logged as administrator this restrictions are not applied to you.

    Best regards.
