Checking wether a user is logged in when accessing the support page

  • hey all,

    I have a question. I want to allow only registered users acces to my support system (https://www.care4health.be/support). This system is HESK and can be found here: https://www.hesk.com.

    It’s not wordpress related, but I want to check wether someone is logged on and allow them to the support system. When they are not logged in they need to be forwarded to the login/register page.

    I’ve tried it with the cookies already but nothing seems to work.

  • What’s the code you used to check cookies and where did you insert it?

    In theory, you should be able to check if the user is logged in using the wordpress_logged_in_xxxxxxxxxxxxxx cookie
