    Hi,

Good day! Just wondering what could be the cause of this issue? https://prnt.sc/10vo2jc

I am setting up the GSK and it says checking requirements failed.

I have tried to uninstall and installed the GSK but nothing happens. Also, there are no Caching plugins, Monster Insights and Updraft Plus installed on the site.

Can someone please help me with this? Thank you.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Thanks for reaching out and providing the troubleshooting steps you’ve undertaken. As there could be a number of reasons why you’re encountering this notice please share the following information and we can investigate this further:

    1. Your Site Health information. You can use this form to share privately.
    2. At what stage do you encounter this notice. (ie. After clicking on a particular button)
    3. Have you been able to setup Site Kit on this site previously?

You may also wish to attempt setup using a Chrome browser incognito window, as browser extensions or browser caching may be impacting setup in this case.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your response.

    1. I have submitted my response through the form.
    2. I encountered this issue when I clicked the “Allow” button.
    3. This is the first time to set setup Site Kit on this site

I just used incognito now but the issue still the same.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

    Good day!

    Any updates on this?

    Thank you.

Thanks for filling in the form. We provide support during the weekdays only, hence the delay, apologies for any inconvenience.

From looking at the form you submitted unfortunately you shared your Site Health status as opposed to your full Site Health information (Tools > Site Health > info > Copy site info to clipboard).

If you’d like to share your full Site Health information using the same form I can check your current setup. As this is the first time you setup Site Kit on this site please also include whether you migrated this site or changed domains at any stage.

    Hi,

Thank you so much for your response.

Sorry for sharing the wrong info. I answered the form again with the correct one.

    Please keep on updating me.

    Thank you ??

Many thanks for sharing the additional details. I’ve checked the details provided and I didn’t spot anything unusual. When you mention you migrated this site from development to live did you have Site Kit active at some stage on our development site? If so what was the domain used?

    Hi,

    Good day.

No site kit is not yet installed when I migrated the website.

Thanks for the update. In that case would it be possible for you to share a screen recording of the behavior your encountering, while having your Chrome developer tools open showing console errors?

You can use a service such as Loom or Recordit to share a video, while using the same form previously if you prefer to share privately.

    Hi,

    Good day!

I have sent the loom video link on the form. I hope I did it correctly.

    Thank you!

Many thanks for sharing, we’ve received the video and while the exact cause isn’t obvious. Before requesting a reset of your site on the Site Kit service please follow the steps below and inform me if you’re able to proceed:

    1. Login to your site from a Chrome browser incognito window.
    2. Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
    3. Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
    4. From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “Site Kit by Google”
    5. Attempt to setup Site Kit once more

You can exit troubleshooting mode afterwards.

If the same issue occurs once more I’ll request a site reset.

Thanks for checking. I’ll put in for a site reset now on the Site Kit service. I’ll report back to you here once this is complete, at which point you can attempt setup once more.

@shielavirtucio We’ve checked your site on the service now and it looks like your setup never fully completes setup on the service also.

Can you perform the following checks and let me know if you’re able to proceed?

    1. Attempt setup using another Google account.
    2. Attempt setup using another WordPress administrator account and a different Google account.

Let me know of the outcome once you perform the above checks.

    Hi,

    Good day!

It works when I tried a different account. Do you have any idea why it works on a different google account?

    Thanks.
