checked www.webpagetest.org/ after an no effect

Hi, I activated the cdn plugin on my website https://www.apis-iq.com to improve page speed.
I tested the page before and after on https://www.webpagetest.org/ an it gave the same results: 8/100 for cdn.
i ticked the box Enable CDN for HTTPS connections as our site is https.
please help.
