Where n is the membership level code corresponding to the membership they are purchasing through PMPro.

Add this code to the bottom of your footer.php file inside your current WordPress theme’s folder (wp-content/themes/your-theme). Put it right before the closing body tag:

So the code that you gave me is causing an error now.

If I have an existing user that has already subscribed to my newsletter attempt to UPGRADE their membership through the proper PMPro page, it results in this error message:

Please complete all required fields.

If I uncheck the “Sign up” box, it works perfectly.

Any thoughts?
