  • Same here, it was happening even before upgrading to WP6.0.

    Site is running on php7.4.10

    I have the same problem with new forms, is this a bug?

    @alantygel same happening to us on WP 5.9.x & PHP 7.4. At some point the plugin was “Temporarily Closed” on the WP Plugins Repository then after the same plugin version was updated my team noticed issues with form submission that led me to the checkbox issue.

    @zuiver I am not at all involved with ***any*** kind of plugin development but I’d go out on a limb and say this is a bug. I’ve posted my own topic and seen at least 2 others posted the same issue with checkboxes.

    I am also having the same issue with checkbox fields and address fields also not working. I hope there is a bug fix very soon.

    Same problem here.. The checkbox options does not work.

    I am having the address problem as well on a client site using the free version. I have another client using the PRO version and I submitted 3 inquires there in the last week and a half at the “PRO” support link and haven’t rec’d a response from PRO support either about the problem – not even acknowledging it.

    Super frustrating – hope someone fixes the issues with it soon.

    Similar problem in that when submitting a form with a checkbox option, it triggers an error message that the checkbox item was not completed… Since the form does not submit, nothing saves. It doesn’t give the option to actually try again on its own.

    Hitting the back button takes users back to the completed form, where the checkbox is still checked, and trying again, same errror.

    Failed on 3.1. Rolled back to 3.09 still failed.

    Saw on here someone recommend 3.04, tried that and it worked. (didn’t have time to keep going back one at a time).

    WP 6.0 running with PHP 7.4

    Not positive but the same site generates a critical error when I upgrade to php 8.0. That might be this plugin too, might be something else.

    I normally work exclusively with GF. This plugin was installed by a previous developer. I’m not knocking it, but only maintained it on this site for about 3 years as compared to 14 years of doing lots of things with GF.

    Having very good competition between at least a couple plugins, if not more is often good for everyone.

    I switched out my checkboxes for radio buttons as a work-around since there didn’t appear to be any fixes for this.

    Please fix this !!!
