The checkboxes appear where the woocommerce hooks are positioned in your template.

We hook into the woocommerce_register_form hook and into the woocommerce_checkout_fields hook.

To change positions, edit the woocommerce template file.

I would create a child theme for that, or it won’t work after woocommerce update.

WooCommerce templates can be easily overridden.

how can i change the hook wihout edit your plugin files?
to this one:

woocommerce_review_order_before_submit

because as you can view your checkboxes comes under password and i need before submit.
