checkboxes not displaying in e-mail

  • I am using the checkbox code generated by Contact Form 7 (version Version 3.3.3), but when I get the e-mail the checkbox results do not show up. Here is my code:

    Front-End:

    <p>[checkbox PickuporDeliver “Pickup” “Deliver”]</p>

    Message Body:

    Pickup or Deliver: [PickuporDelivery]

    ..when I generate the email, it looks like this:

    Pickup or Deliver: [PickuporDelivery] – no matter which checkbox is chosen.

    Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Do I need to scale back versions of Contact Form 7? Any other solutions?

  • It looks like your variable has no “y” on the end but in the message body you have put a y at the end of Delivery. That mismatch could be it.
