Checkboxes don't map properly (totally broken)

Hello,
When trying to map Gravity Forms checkboxes to Salesforce using this plugin:
1. If I click ‘Enable Salesforce Field Mapping?’ on the Form Editor the list of fields to choose from are all Picklist values, no checkbox fields.
2. If I go to the Salesforce Feeds section and map Gravity Forms fields to the list of Salesforce fields, Gravity Forms checkbox values all show up under the one field so can’t be mapped either.
3. Going the Salesforce W2L plugin route, you can only put one custom API name in the ‘Allow field to be populated dynamically’ box and so that doesn’t work either.
Is there any way to use this plugin for checkboxes? :/
