Checkboxes appear as 3/8 icon or an x

    Hi, the check-boxes in my form appear as 3/8 icon on Firefox and an X on Android Chrome browsers. It is a box on a PC with Chrome but the box does not check. It justchanges to a darker border. It is really confusing my website visitors.

    I disabled all of my plugins and changed the theme to TwentyTwenty but it still occurs. All plugins are up to date.
    I am running
    WP Version 5.8.2.
    PHP (7.3.33) I updated to 7.4 which didn’t help.
    Smartforms Version 2.6.63

    Developer tools show that fontawesome-webfont.woff?v=4.7.0 is being blocked. I installed a new theme and it helped with Firefox but Chrome on phone and pc are still blocking the font.

    Nevermind. It was a server issue that I had Bluehost fix. It is working again! Thanks for providing such a great plugin!
