The issue is caused by Divi Gravity Forms: by WP Tools adding custom CSS to override the default styles for the checkbox: https://share.gravityfor.ms/GcIaPx
When the width: 100%; CSS added by that plugin is removed, the issue is gone: https://share.gravityfor.ms/g4CDgy
