Checkboxes and radio button submission to highrise

I have the same problem, would love to know if this functionality is supported. If not, we would happily fork this plugin and add those features.

Anyone found a solution to this? I also can’t get checkbox values from a form added to Highrise, despite the questions/titles being identical.

Also looking for this. Couldn’t get it to work.
