Checkbox with image URLs as values

Good evening! I’m trying to add a number of images to a custom field in a post. In this case, adding medals awarded to a beer. I understand if there’s one medal then the Image field type works perfectly! But I’m trying to add multiple so I changed the field type to Checkbox and added three values:

I’m using Smart Post Show Pro to carousel a number of different beers saved as blog posts and wish to add the medal images as thumbnails below the content.
