Checkbox with additional hidden information

I am looking for one solution to hidden information for the email notification in on of the checkbox field.

That mean:

for example I have this field

[checkbox* fieldname use_label_element
“Text Text Text Text – hidden Informaiton“]

an in the email notification we have

Text Text Text Text – hidden Informaiton

ist that possible?
