Checkbox with 10 fields

    Hi,

    I am trying to create a checkbox with 10 fields in the form, I can add whatever I want but when I save the form, only 3 remains, the others have been deleted.

    Can you tell me how can create more than 3 fields in the checkbox please?

    That’s strange. All 10 options must be shown if you have set up 10 options in the checkbox field. However, could you please let me know whether you clicked on the + sign to add the options and hit the update form button after that? See the screenshot here https://prnt.sc/pw7nte.
