Checkbox ticked based on different URL?

  • Hi! Love the plugin. Use it on all of our sites.

    Quick question though.

    A client wants to know if they can have a different checkbox pre-ticked depending on what link someone clicks on. I’m wondering if there’s a way to do this my parsing a value through the URL?

    E.g.

    ../contact-us/tick=1
    ../contact-us/tick=2
    ../contact-us/tick=3

    The only other way I can think of doing this is creating three identical forms at different URLs that have a different checkbox defined as default.

    Just wondering if there’s a nice solution you’ve already built into the plugin.
