Checkbox SMS disclaimer

I need to add a disclaimer to the contact page. I can’t reduce the font sizes and reduce the space between the checkbox and text or left margins.

I did tried adding:

[acceptance accept-this-1] Check here if you accept these terms. [/acceptance]

But it is even worse.
