Checkbox Protect Download with wpLike2Get does not work

    Hi,

    I have written an ebook which can be downloaded for free, after a like. I want to use the wpLike2Get plugin. However, protecting the file does not work. Once you check the box Protect Download with wpLike2Get in the media manager,the ‘check’ is not saved.

    I am using WordPress 3.4.1 and version 1.2.0 of the wpLike2Get plugin.

    Hope you can help me out.

    Hi jbroersen,

    the checkbox is only for checking if you want to add the shortcode to the post instead of the link to the file. Understand?

    I am offering a .pdf and the pdf is hidden but the like2get button for Facebook does not show in the post.

    THIS IS WHAT I HAVE

    Get the free information below
    [l2g]readme.pdf[/l2g]

    or

    [l2g facebook=”true” twitter=”false” gplusone=”false”]readme[/l2g]
    *readme is a link to readme.pdf

    Neither will show the Facebook like option.
    What else do I need?
