Checkbox option is showing twice

I have used a form for information collection and used checkboxes but it is showing checkbox twice.

It looks like a Theme or plugin CSS conflicting to the Forminator CSS.

Can you please try this custom CSS in Forminator > Form > Appearance > Custom CSS?

    display: none !important;

The CSS seems to work fine in my browser.

Can you try this:

#forminator-module-7494 .forminator-checkbox span + span[aria-hidden="true"]{
    display: none !important;
}

In WordPress > Appearance > Customiser > Additional CSS

I also suggest running a plugin and theme conflict to find which plugin or theme is conflicting with the Form CSS:

I have deactivated all the external plugins only theme plugins for slider is active and still its the same situation.

Please help me with this situation or provide me an alternative. Please I need help
