Checkbox only works with IE, Firefox; not on Opera, Chrome, Safari

the (required) checkbox in my form does work with IE and Mozilla Firefox, but not with Opera/Chrome/Safari. The checkbox either doesn’t take the check or doesn’t display it when said browsers are used – either way: what can I do to make it display and work correctly in all those browsers?page in question: https://stephanie-buhr.de/12probetraining
