Checkbox on checkout doesn't show

I just tried with the Fruitful and the Virtue theme also. Still doesn’t work. Can you perhaps give me an example of a theme where you know the plugin works?

I will get back to you on that. It is possible something has happened within a recent update for WooCommerce or WordPress.

Well yes maybe. WordPress just got updated a few days ago. But you guys as developers should know these things, and make updates, if nescessary, for your plugins, right?

I’m the sole developer for this extension for MailPoet.

Did it show before or is this your first time using the extension because if you are already subscribed it will not show on the checkout page.

I have not subscribed. Just downloaded and activated. But do you mean if I have subscribed for this Add on, the woocommerce plugin or the Mailpoet plugin? Because as a developer and webdesigner I am using this setup for other websites that I have created for other customers.

OK so it has not shown the subscription field on the checkout page for you at all, correct?

I’m currently making contact with MailPoet to see what they have changed recently.

It did show the first time that I have installed the Add on. But also I have tried different users/email, browsers and computers, so it is not some kind of cache/cookie problem. And do you see the signup checkbox? I guess not.
