checkbox not working

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I created a new field (checkbox type). When a user submits a request this field is always seen as unckecked by the reciepient no matter whether it was checked or not by the submitter. I am using XAMPP at the moment so can not give link to the web page I am reating..

    Thanks for pointing out the issue. We have reproduced the issue with the checkbox and the fix will be a part of our next release. We will let you know once we make a release.

    We have released a new version of WSDesk basic v1.6.9 by fixing the issues with the checkbox. Please update to the latest version and let us know the feedback.
