Checkbox not working

No reply from UM support. Issue still persists across the website with only square icon and not text box. Support requested asap.

I saw your console log and I see errors:

Access to font at 'https://usercontent.one/wp/www.elpromotions.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/ultimate-member/assets/font/fontawesome-webfont.ttf?v=4.2.0' from origin 'https://www.elpromotions.co.uk' has been blocked by CORS policy: The 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header has a value 'https://www.elpromotions.co.uk' that is not equal to the supplied origin.

and

This is the problem not from the UM. As you can see the Elementor has the same error. Your site can’t read fonts. That’s why you don’t see checkboxes (the UM plugin uses ‘fontawesome-webfont’ for styles).

The Firefox browser will display your checkbox font errors but the Chrome browser will fix the font.
