Checkbox not showing on an iPad 2nd Generation

    Hello Supporters

    We are having a problem with our checkboxes in this form. The problem appears on an iPad 2nd Generation. The Checkboxes who should be rendered are not shown.

    Steps to do:

    1. Click on the Radio button “Eigene Mischung”

    On most of the devices the checkboxes:
    Rind
    Schwein
    Kalb
    Poulet
    Lamm
    Pferd
    Rindfleischkügeli à 15g

    are shown now. But not on the old iPad.

    We are using following Custom Form 7 Add-ons:
    – Contact Form 7 Conditional Fields
    – Contact Form 7 – Dynamic Text Extension

    Can somebody help me please?
