Checkbox not getting filler

  • Hello,

    I’ve tried almost everything and it seems that the checkbox wont map on the PDF File.
    I only have 1 option in my checkbox. Below is how I have them in CF7.

    I added exclusive and tried removing it as well, doesnt change anything. Should I look into my PDF file? If yes, my pdf file have the same names as they are in the checkbox

    [checkbox myopia exclusive “Myopia Nearsightedness Presbyopia Bifocal Age”]
    [checkbox hyperopia exclusive “Hyperopia Farsighted Astigmatism Oval shaped Eyes”]

    What is the exported value of the PDF field that is mapped to CF7 field ‘myopia’?
    What is the exported value of the PDF field that is mapped to CF7 field ‘hyperopia’?

    Maybe there are multiple PDF fields? If so, you may want to list them as follows,
    [checkbox myopia exclusive “value1” “value2” “value3”]
