checkbox missing on the checkout page

Hi,
Woocommerce version 3.6.4

I have encountered an issue on checkout page, The checkbox next to text “I have read and agree to the website terms and conditions” is not showing. As it is a required checkbox, the orders couldn’t be completed (Temporarily I have disabled the terms and conditions from advanced settings).

I have also tried to add the checkbox and terms and conditions text manually using a snippet code again the text appears but the checkbox doesn’t.

I have noticed few other have also raised this issue in the past, and have disabled the terms page, I would like to include the checkbox and terms and conditions text on the checkout, please advise.
