    Hi

    Forminator is displaying checkboxes alongside my themes checkbox (the same happens with radio boxes.)

    The person using the form can only tick the themes checkbox not the forminator one. The whole thing looks very untidy, do you have a solution for this? Many thanks. Chris

    I hope you are doing well today.

    This is for sure a theme conflict here. In the first place, I recommend removing those custom classes you have added to the checkboxes field: ttr_checkbox and see how then they will act. At the moment even in edit mode, there are no good solutions to fix this. It will be good to allow Forminator to use its own styles, not those coded in the theme style.css file.

    Thanks for getting back to me.

    There isn’t a problem on my desktop MAC but it’s showing on my iPad and iPhone. I took the ttr_checkbox class off the css but it’s made no difference.

    I just checked first on my desktop (Windows 10 Pro, latest Chrome) and then on my iPad Air with Safari browser – in both cases the form looks the same and without such issues for me.

    Could you, please:

    1. share a screenshot of how it looks for you on your iPad and iPhone (this may help actually)?

    2. what devices (OS version, browser including version) exactly are you using? It may be device/browser specific so we’d like to check in as close environment as possible.
