checkbox instead of drop-down

If you want to create a checkbox for this on your own with the current version of Comment Mail, you’ll need to have access to the Advanced Templates, which come with the Pro version. Then you would be able to customize the PHP/HTML templates for the comment form to show only a checkbox.
