Checkbox in WooCommerce checkout new position

Hi,
I would like the check box in WooCommerce checkout under the “trading conditions (Jeg har l?st og accepterer handelsbetingelserne)”, above the button “Proceed to Checkout / G? til betaling (danish)”

I have tried to insert <?php do_action(”) ?> But it has not worked for me.

Now you can view it at No. 1 and 2. But I want it displayed at no. 3

What do i have to do?
