    Hello, I have added checkboxes to the registration page where new users are required to tick one or more boxes. They can tick any one or more of the four checkboxes that apply to them.

    However, upon testing it as a new user for testing, I ticked two boxes. I submitted the registration form to register, but as an admin, when I view the user profile, it only has one checkbox ticked, not two as was originally submitted.

    By the way, checkboxes are still there on the account page – if a member goes to edit their profile. It should no longer be there once the user has submitted his registration with the checkbox ticked?

    I got it fixed! It turned out that any checkbox with wording ‘I’m…’ did not go through so I changed the word to ‘I am…’.

    Just a last question, checkboxes that were in the registration page, needs not to be on Edit Profile page?

    Hi there,

    All the fields on the registration fields should be seen in the edit profile page. This is unless you are using some features of the premium version. I assume you are using the free version only.
