Checkbox in user and guest records

  • Hello, how could I put the checkbox in the user or guest registry if I am not logged in, before the ‘back’ and ‘next step’ buttons?
    The javascript does not work for me through the insertAdjacentHTML() method and I know I have it well but it does not go and I do not know where the html of the registry template is located to do it through html, if someone knows the location or the solution by js it would be me of great help.
