    Hello there,

The checkbox is missing after updating woocommerce plugin to the latest version. Hte popup is opening as it is supposed to open but there is no checkbox in the woocommerce checkout page to tick in order to accept the terms and conditions. Hope this is fixed fast.

    Thank you.

  • Same here, very annoying and it scared a few customers away ??

Solution was to deactivate your plugin.

Well I think the developer will fix it. He/She seems active in the support threads.

@bpan We have released the update that is compatible with WooCommerce 3.0.1.

Kindly install the latest version of Checkout Terms Conditions Popup.

I can confirm the checkbox is back but now the Terms and Conditions popup is empty.

@bpan Please make sure you have entered the terms and condition and didn’t leave the space blank.

Alternatively you can switch to some default theme like Twenty Sixteen and recheck this.

Let me know what you get after the test.

Well, I was trying to fix this because if I did set the page to another one but the one with the terms everything was fine. But if I used the actual terms and conditions page, then nothing but the title was showing in the popup. Now the plugin is stuck, if I change an option and hit save it does not save anything and I am unable to fix since the plugin does not clean itself from the database when I unistall it.

@bpan We have updated our plugin, please download and install the latest version.

Please let me know whether this has fixed the issue.

I am sorry, I reinstalled wordpress and woocommerce and reconfigure everything to be as before. The plugin now is working great, I guess the database changes that Woocommerce 3.0 did messed up my existing database. With the fresh install no error occurred with this plugin.

@bpan Glad to know that the issue is resolved now.

    Regards,
    Moumita
