Checkbox Form Element Value not Saving

  • The Checkbox Form Element doesn’t seem to be saving data nor displaying data correctly.

    I have a field that shows a value of “1” when I change it’s Form Element to text field, but it shows the checkbox as unchecked.

    It doesn’t matter if the checkbox field is checked or unchecked when I save a record, the value of the field in the database doesn’t change.

    Do you have the “values” for the checkbox field defines as 0,1?

    If so, the zero won’t work as a value, you should use ‘yes,no’ or something like that.
