Checkbox for usage terms on signup

    Hi.
    I’d like to have a checkbox on the signup page, next to a link to a “Terms of use” page outlining the terms.
    I’ve tried a couple of different plugins, and I belive this one was nice but it didn’t work. Couldn’t edit the terms section because of a bug.

    Any ideas about other working plugins that does this?
