checkbox for other form don't work

    I want insert ceckbox to registration form of wordpress
    I use pie-registrer plugin for insert new fild on form registration of wordpress … and work perfectly …
    in this form I insert html code for registrer on mail list

    this is my procedur:
    1) I have put api key on wordpress
    2) I insert this code on form:
    <label><imput type=”checkbox” name=”mc4wp-subscribe” value=”1″ /> Mi scrivo alla vostra newsletter!! </label>

    the user register on my website but not on newsletter list

    I have the same problem.
    I have inserted the same code
    <label><input type="checkbox" name="mc4wp-subscribe" value="1" /> Subscribe to our Newsletter </label>

    I inserted this code in the billing information form at checkout in woocommerce.

    WP: 4.1 (just upgraded today). It did not work on WP 4.0.1 either.
    Woocommerce: 2.2.11
    Theme: Bishop 1.3.0
    MC List name: BCBK Newsletter

    Hi both,

    @vinarcid0810: Did you select a list in MailChimp for WP > Checkboxes? If so, does that list (in MailChimp) require more fields than just an EMAIL field?

    @rabidin: Does the field show-up for you? I would just use the dedicated WooCommerce integration that comes with the plugin. To add the sign-up checkbox to your WooCommerce checkout, simply go to MailChimp for WP > Checkboxes and tick the checkbox that says “Add to WooCommerce checkout”.

    I removed my custom checkbox and selected the checkbox option in the plugin for the woocommerce registration and checkout forms.
    The checkbox does appear on both forms. However, it still does not send email to subscriber nor add it to the MC list.
