Checkbox fields

    I have a checkbox. When I try and pass the data to a Google Sheet, its passing the values comma delimited. But my values are all the same “5”. Can I create a column for each choice in the checkbox?

    Never mind…create hidden field with the value for each checkbox choice, then use that to pass to google sheets
