Checkbox Error Since 3.09

Hi, since 3.09 when you try to submit a form where there is a checkbox, the form does not send and throws up an error:

<h1>”I / WE have read and agree by the Orchard Healthcare Plan Benefit Rules – Terms and Conditions”</h1><br>This field is required and cannot be empty.

If you rollback to 3.08 it works fine, i see other people having the same issue too, latest update does not fix the issue.
