Checkbox content appears in the email without this option turned on

Your plugin is so good, but I have a little problem. I’ve made two checkboxes in checkout and i want to display only in order detail page at woocommerce->orders so i turned on only ‘Order Details’ option. But the content from these checkboxes also displays in order email. How to remove them from email?
