Checkbox, Choice, Image option

Is there anyway to enable the image source option for the check boxes as well? This after you select the checkbox as type and try adding choices.

I want to show a list of boxes and the images next to them , so the user can select more than one box. The selected images will then show on the front end.

Currently this is limited to the radio option, but i like to select more than one image.

I do realize that i can still show the images on the front end using the check box values, but i really like the user to see them in the back end too. Not to mention that then they can select and change images without taking extra steps.
