Checkbox before submit button

Hello,

I can’t get the subscribe checkbox to show up before the submit button.

I have tried turning on the “StCR Box Position – If this option is enable the subscriptioin box will be above the submit button in your comment form.” But this just hides the subscription checkbox altoghether.

This was tried with and without “Enable default checkbox.”

MailChimp for WP is enabled on my blog, and there is a “subscribe to newsletter” checkbox above the submit button – is this causing an interference?
