Checkbox before Confirm Booking Button has no label

    Good Day,
    there is a checkbox that is required to be ticked to confirm the booking. However it does not have any label, so viewers don’t know what to do. Most don’t tick it and the form is not sent.

    How can I put a label to the checkbox or can you point me to the settings where I can fix this as soon as possible.
