Checkbox and radio button issues in IE

    Seen in IE9 on Win7. Two issues:

    * The custom MP6 style isn’t seen, but a grey border is applied. It doesn’t look great.

    * When you click on a checkbox or radio button you’ll get the following JavaScript error:

    Message: Unable to get value of the property 'destroy': object is null or undefined
