Checkbox and radio button don’t work

  • Hi,
    I’m trying to generate a checkbox but the html renders as this:

    <span class=”wpcf7-form-control-wrap abbina”><span class=”wpcf7-form-control wpcf7-checkbox”></span></span>

    where there isn’nt the input checkbox. Same issue with radio button, acceptance input instead works.
