  • This is likely happening because of a conflict with your WordPress theme. Here is a fix that could be applied to your site, that should help:

    label.vfb-choice {
    display: -webkit-inline-box !important;
    }

    There is definitely some conflicts with your theme from what I can see. It make take some more custom CSS work to get everything just the way you want it.

    It is different with every website so it would be hard to say. We might suggest maybe hiring a web developer to help you with a few tasks to help with your form design, since it is conflicting with your theme.
