    Hello,

    I have just ran across a problem where I cannot select the checkbox for “by selecting this, you agree to our privacy policy” on mobile. This works on desktop!

    On multiple mobile devices, it is impossible to check this box. It just highlights and then stays unchecked. Therefore you cannot submit the form.

    Could someone please help me with this issue?

    I have some more info now too. The widget on the side bar seems to work. It’s only the widget in the footer that is having issues.

    On desktop, footer widget always jumps to the sidebar widget when you select the checkbox.

    On mobile, footer widget does not allow you to select checkbox at all. I simulated a mobile screen on desktop and it looks like it is actually trying to select or make active the checkbox in the sidebar widget as well.

    So, it looks like setting the checkbox in footer somehow sets the checkbox in sidebar active.

    Thank you for getting back.

    It is not an issue at all. It is behaving like that since you are using the same newsletter at the bottom and sidebar.

    The checkbox has an ID that must be unique. Since you are using the same one at two places, it is not behaving as you are expecting. Please create different newsletters to avoid such issue.
