    Hi there, i set up a check box on two of my websites no problem using the same words and settings, i tried to set up on a third site and it doesn’t show on the contact page. Any ideas why it is not working?

    Are you able to post the back-end contact form code that you’re using with the form (with information redacted, if necessary)?

    I found out that WP Rocket was the problem i have to go to settings, file optimisation, Delay JavaScript execution, Enable plugins and Themes, click save now it works OK
