Check zip codes and get some custom data before order page

Hello Team,
I am working to customize things a litle bit more. I want that user must check his zip code before he can view the shop.
And then the second thing I want to get custom fields data before products and order page.
At the end, both of data will be in the order form and the user doesn’t need to put it there.
I am just confused, how I can achieve that. Waiting for fast response from the team.
