    hi

    Check your redirect URI setting
    is the error I get when trying to connect my site to wordpress.com as step one of jetpack setup

    My guess is this is because jetpack was previously activated on a temp dev domain.

    I’ve submitted my site url to the support form, referencing this thread.

  • Even I have the same problem, I contacted the support but still couldn’t get the solution right.

    Hi, in my case, this turned out to be a plug-in conflict, and was able to deactivate the plug in, then activate jetpack, then reactivate the plug-in. No conflicts so far.
    The conflicting plug-in was intense shortcides, but don’t know why. Someone suggested it could be its handling of nonces.
