• My front-end only shows the Request Form on the wsdesk_support page. Nothing happens for Ticket pages–just stays on main Support page with default buttons and no menu whatsoever. Did have a test user login in with the Subscriber account created for a test ticket.

Is that a Premium feature for external users to see Ticket pages?

No complaint here. This plugin solves my need for an email-based support system. Simply wondering if I have a problem on my end, or what the difference is between this www.remarpro.com contribution and your Premium offering for it.

    Hello @skarjune,

Could you kindly confirm the shortcode that you used to create the support form? Additionally, have you created a page for checking existing tickets?

In case you haven’t, I would recommend going through the link provided below on how to customize your support form: https://elextensions.com/knowledge-base/customize-support-forms-wsdesk/

The free version of the plugin includes the functionality to create tickets for external users. However, please ensure that you have enabled all users to create tickets in the general settings of our plugin. You can find additional features available in the premium version here: https://elextensions.com/plugin/wsdesk-wordpress-helpdesk-plugin-free-version/

If you encounter any issues or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are always happy to assist you in any way we can.

Thank you for choosing our plugin for your customer support needs.

    https://wordimage.com/support/tickets/
    [wsdesk_support display=”check_request”]

Shows the same two basic links without menu as here:https://wordimage.com/support/help-desk/
    [wsdesk_support]

And I can’t find any documentation for external users. Do they need a WordPress account and with what permissions to view a ticket?

    Hello @skarjune,

We have tested the same short code on our site and it appears to be working fine in the test environment. To better assist you with this issue, we recommend that you contact our support team and provide them with your site details. They will be able to help you resolve the issue promptly.

Regarding external users, please note that they will need to create an account on your site to check their existing tickets.

We look forward to hearing from you and resolving this issue and providing you with a seamless experience.
