Check Site Config doesn’t do anything

I do not have the right to delete anything here; only forum administrators can do that for violation of the rules. But your post didn’t violate any rules. And I see it published now. It looks like there were some network issues.

Also, I am responsible only for the free WordPress plugin using hCaptcha. The hCaptcha by itself is a standalone service having implementations in different products. So, any questions about verification emails from the hCaptcha dashboard should be addressed to their support team directly.

Concerning your question about the plugin. It looks strange that Check button does nothing. It should remind you to complete the hCaptcha if you haven’t.

Upon clicking on OK, the focus is on hCaptcha checkbox. You shou click it and pass the Challenge.

After passing the Challenge, you should click the Check button and see the following message.

Now Save Changes button below is active and you should click it to save site and secret key entered.

I don’t think this has anything to do with a server being down. I just responded to another plugin & again my comment was held for moderation.

And my post to wp.org on their forum was ALSO deleted.

I’m getting very irked by this if you have any suggestions, since they are blocking my account for no reason.

I’ve been on here & had an account since 2012 with NO issues until now.

Well the steps were already done & it’s turned on.

Can I get your email please so it’s easier for me to contact you.

I copied the key & secret into the fields, then did the captcha, then the save button finally showed up (remember last time it didn’t) & I saved it. We did turn on the “turn off when logged in.”

So there’s 3 sites I needed this for (4, but I have to add it to that one still & I can’t because I’m in the middle of switching hosters).

One is for stopping all the bot user signups.
The other 3 are for spam thru Contact 7. For now they seem to be working so thank you for THAT!

It’s the signups that’s not completely working. They have decreased, but not 100%. I’ve gotten 6 since I installed it.
